GTU has set up a Centre for Continuing Education (GTU-CCE) in the month
of September 2019 with the objective of providing a platform for specialized short-term
certificate courses based on the needs of companies.
As per the National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020), multidisciplinary learning for individuals across the sciences,
social sciences, and humanities, will be increasingly in greater demand. Society
needs multidisciplinary and a holistic education across the sciences, social sciences,
arts, humanities, and sports for a multidisciplinary world in order to ensure the
unity and integrity of all knowledge.
GTU PG School, GTU constituent college, GTU affiliated college, the college affiliated to any public/private university, charity/public
trust, NGO or non-profit organization can propose the course under this centre.
Approval to start the course is given after thorough scrutiny of the course proposal
by the Advisory Committee of the Centre. Course objectives, outcomes, syllabus,
resource person profile, arrangement of laboratory for practical course, job opportunities
after completion of the course, etc. are closely looked for approval.
